A New York City native with 10+ years across real estate investment, finance, and capital markets. Founded SCG in 2018 after helping build Innovo Property Group into a leader in NYC industrial, growing AUM from $50M to $1B.
Brings nearly a decade in real estate, finance, and investment sales. Prior to founding SCG in 2018, specialized in industrial, multifamily, and hospitality on the investment sales team at The Robert Weiler Company.
Focuses on acquisitions, asset management, and operations, with several years in multifamily acquisitions and portfolio management. At SCG, specializes in industrial acquisitions, development management, and tenant relations. Holds a BA in International Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a master’s in Real Estate Finance.
Leads the execution of acquisitions across multiple asset classes. Previously an Associate at Prospect Ridge — spanning industrial, multifamily, and retail — and an Investment Analyst at Walton Street Capital. Holds a BBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Oversees the day-to-day asset and property management of SCG’s Southeast portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and strong tenant relationships. Joined SCG in 2025 with a background spanning entrepreneurship, service, and operations — having founded the Israeli Veterans Club nonprofit and led national growth at AY Imports. Served in the Israel Defense Forces managing advanced equipment and operational planning.
Leads EasyBay, SCG’s flexible co-warehousing platform, overseeing site selection, build-out, and operations as it scales nationwide. Previously Construction Manager at Saltbox, where he took over project management and directed the design and construction of new co-warehousing locations for e-commerce and product-based businesses — working across the real estate, construction, design, and operations teams. Holds a degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
