Program

Simi Capital Group Leasing Texts is a text messaging program run by Simi Capital Group, a DBA of Eleven See Manager, LLC. Our leasing staff text prospective tenants who have asked about industrial and flex space at our properties, about availability, tours, pricing and lease terms. Messages are sent one-to-one by a person, not in bulk.

How you join

You join by checking the optional text message consent box when you submit one of our lead forms, by giving our staff your consent when you call or meet us, or by texting START to our number. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of leasing or of anything else.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, depending on our conversation with you.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile carrier’s rates apply.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.
