As e-commerce reshaped logistics, properly zoned outdoor storage land grew scarce while demand surged. Since 2018, our fully integrated IOS platform has acquired, entitled, and developed infill industrial sites across major markets and regional hubs — partnering with mission-critical tenants through a tenant-first approach.
