Andrew Skydell
managing partner
Andrew a New York City native has more than 10 years of experience in real estate investment, financing, and capital markets. Prior to establishing SCG in 2018, Andrew was an integral part of the investments team at Innovo Property Group where he helped establish the company as a leader in NYC Industrial. During his tenure he grew a portfolio from $50mn-$1bn of assets under management. He also has a deep background in investment sales as he held various positions with Prince Realty Advisors in their New York office.
Andrew holds a business degree from Baruch University in New York City.

Jacob Diamond
managing partner
Jacob has almost 8 years of experience in real estate, finance, and investment sales. Before joining Simi Capital in 2019, Mr. Diamond worked on the investment sales team at The Robert Weiler Company, a real estate brokerage and consulting firm where he specialized in industrial, multi-family, and hospitality.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University.

Jonathan Henry katz
VICE PRESIDENT
Jonathan Henry (J. Henry) Katz is an Associate focusing on Acquisitions and Asset Management with several years of successful experience in multifamily acquisitions and portfolio management. At Simi Capital, J. Henry specializes in Industrial acquisitions, development management, and tenant relations. As well, he is in his pursuit of receiving a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance.
J. Henry holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Michigan, in both International Economics and Political Science.

Jacob Singer
vice president OF acquisitions
Jacob focuses on the execution of acquisitions for Simi Capital. He brings several years of experience in real estate investment across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Simi Capital, Jacob served as an Associate at Prospect Ridge, where he worked on acquisitions spanning industrial, multifamily, and retail asset classes. Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Analyst at Walton Street Capital.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

aaron rose
Asset management
Aaron oversees the day-to-day asset management and property management of Simi Capital’s Southeast Portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and strong tenant relationships across the region. He joined Simi Capital in 2025 and brings a unique background that blends entrepreneurship, service, and operational expertise. Before joining Simi Capital, Aaron founded the Israeli Veterans Club, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting IDF veterans through community engagement, holistic healing, and advocacy. Aaron also worked for AY Imports, a medical sales company where he spearheaded the growth of their National footprint.
Aaron served in the Israel Defense Forces where he managed advanced military equipment and operational planning.
