Andrew Skydell

managing partner

Andrew a New York City native has more than 10 years of experience in real estate investment, financing, and capital markets. Prior to establishing SCG in 2018, Andrew was an integral part of the investments team at Innovo Property Group where he helped establish the company as a leader in NYC Industrial. During his tenure he grew a portfolio from $50mn-$1bn of assets under management. He also has a deep background in investment sales as he held various positions with Prince Realty Advisors in their New York office. 

Andrew holds a business degree from Baruch University in New York City.

Jacob Diamond

managing partner

Jacob has almost 8 years of experience in real estate, finance, and investment sales. Before joining Simi Capital in 2019, Mr. Diamond worked on the investment sales team at The Robert Weiler Company, a real estate brokerage and consulting firm where he specialized in industrial, multi-family, and hospitality.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University.

Samuel Schifman

Principal

Sam’s background is comprised of direct commercial real estate experiences across equity and debt transactions with a focus on acquiring, repositioning, disposing, and financing commercial properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining SCG, Sam held roles at Benefit Street Partners, a Franklin Templeton wholly owned alternative credit asset manager and at Equus Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund investment manager.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasizing in Real Estate at Chapman University in Orange County, CA.

Jonathan Henry Katz

Associate

Jonathan Henry (J. Henry) Katz is an Acquisitions Associate with several years of successful experience in multifamily acquisitions and portfolio management. At Simi Capital, J. Henry specializes in Industrial acquisitions, development management, and tenant relations. As well, he is in his pursuit of receiving a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance.

J. Henry holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Michigan, in both International Economics and Political Science.

Michael Panvini

Acquisitions

Michael is an Acquisitions Associate who focuses on acquiring and negotiating properties throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Simi Capital in 2021, Michael worked for ERG Commercial Real Estate where he focused on investment sales and debt financing of commercial properties throughout New York City.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University.

Perry Landsman

Acquisitions

Perry is an Acquisitions Associate who focuses on acquiring and negotiating properties throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Simi Capital in 2022, Perry worked for Marcus & Millichap where he focused on investment sales and debt financing of commercial properties throughout New York City.

Perry holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SUNY - University of Albany
